The amount of evidence linking mental wellbeing and diet is increasing by the moment. 

Nearly two thirds of those who do not report daily mental health problems eat fresh fruit or fresh juice every day, compared to less than half of those who do report daily mental health problems. There is a very similar pattern with vegetables and salads. The trends declared by the mental health foundation are concerning and highlight the need to monitor what we put in our body.
